Smotrycz is an active kid that has a keen understanding of the games nuances. He has very soft hands and quick reflex's which allows him to pass the ball better that the average big. He sports a very impressive jump shot. His strong face up game makes up for the holes in his back to the basket game. This kid could step in and play a Kevin Pittsnogle type of role for coach Beilein.
